All payments made to WorldAutoTrace are final and non‑refundable. Once your order has been processed, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after making the purchase.
  • Incorrect information entered by the customer (e.g., wrong VIN, wrong vehicle details).
  • Expectations not matching the delivered report, provided the data is accurate and complete.
  • Report has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

2. Accuracy and Responsibility

We use trusted data sources to generate reports. While we strive for accuracy, WorldAutoTrace cannot be held responsible for errors caused by third‑party databases or delays in data updates. By purchasing, you agree that the responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the VIN and other vehicle details before purchase lies solely with you.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered if legally required or in the rare case of a duplicate payment made in error. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof of the issue.
